The IZB-ServiceShop is divided into 3 parts:

• Part 1: General information as well as technical guidelines and logistics
• Part 2: Stand configurator and technical installations
• Part 3: Other services such as event technology, stand personnel, stand cleaning, exhibitor badges, parking tickets and entrance vouchers

On the right side you will get to the part you want.

From 3rd october you can reach our service partners directly at the IZB in the service center in hall 3.

Guide how to use the IZB ServiceShop

To order the service you need, please use the area in the corresponding part of the IZB ServiceShop on the right side. The services from parts 1 and 2 can be ordered via one shop, in part 3 the services are divided into several shops and each service must be ordered separately. Once you are in the shop of your choice, please select the desired items and place them in the shopping cart. To complete the ordering process, please go to the checkout within shopping cart (top right) and enter your order and billing information. By clicking on "Order", the items in the shopping cart are bindingly ordered. Afterwards you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail to the provided e-mail address.

Please note!  You will be just able to edit and/or order one shopping cart. As soon as you leave the page to enter another shop, the current shopping cart will be deleted.

Due to data protection guidelines, the IZB-ServiceShop refrains from saving your data or offering exhibitor accounts. Therefore, we recommend to "enable cookies" in your web browser. In this way your data is stored locally within your web browser and you only have to enter your it once.
